Wheeling University Foundation, Inc.

The Wheeling University Foundation, Inc. is a separately incorporated 501c(3) charitable foundation, chartered under federal law, with its own board of directors, separate from the University. The Foundation will maintain its own bank account and finances, which it will manage in strict compliance to the donor’s wishes.

The Foundation is made up of eight members, most of whom are alumni. The University president serves as an ex officio member. The main responsibilities of the Foundation are to receive, manage, and invest all gifts in support of Wheeling University.
